After nearly five years in operation, and cementing itself as a mainstay in the Calgary restaurant scene, Concorde Group's Lulu Bar is set to open the doors to a second location. Located in the heart of Toronto, inside the residential-commercial development The Well, Lulu Bar Toronto mark's the hospitality group's first foray out east.
Lulu Bar Toronto will officially open on Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, and for Torontonians that would be unfamiliar, Lulu Bar is well known in Calgary for its many fusion-style dishes like the fried miso-cured eggs (i.e. devilled eggs amped up), hot dog baos, fried coconut squid with pickled jalapenos and pineapple, and green curry French omelette with crab. Think beach-vibe energy in a vibrantly-designed dining room.
It's equally popular for plenty of fun tiki-ish cocktails that typically arrive to one's table in playful glassware...and are all too crushable. Like it's original location in Calgary, Lulu Bar Toronto will also have a daily happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with drink specials that are not-to-miss.
Lulu Bar Toronto is located in The Well at 486 Front St W. and open daily from 11:30 a.m. onward. Reservations can now be made online.
