With Lunar New Year fast approaching, more and more restaurants across the country are unveiling their seasonal offerings and, well, we're getting pretty hungry!

An especially unique collaboration in Vancouver comes by way of the Chinese fine dining restaurant Mott 32 Vancouver and Fairmont Pacific Rim's The Lobby Lounge & RawBar, which will see a gorgeous dim sum menu being offered from January 25 to February 25, 2024.

Available to order daily between the hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as of Jan. 25, the Mott 32 dim sum menu will include a mix of classic and signature dim sum creations as the award-winning eatery is known well for. Expect expertly-crafted dumplings, buns and more, but a highlight for most is sure to be its signature peking duck, which is served with crepes, hoisin and shaved cucumbers.

Fairmont Pacific Rim has also partnered with Oakridge Park to create two floors of cultural exhibitions complete with Year of the Dragon-themed décor. spanning from the lobby to The Pacific Gallery on the second floor landing. Folks can snap their own photos via a self-serve Lunar New Year portrait studio, or even get a complimentary portrait from an on-site photographer from Fridays to Sundays throughout the festival (via appointment only).

The Fairmont Pacific Rim x Mott 32 Lunar New Year dim sum menu will be available from Jan. 25 to Feb. 25, 2024. Reservations can now be made online.
