Vancouver chef Pat Do of the popular vegetarian Vietnamese eatery, Do Chay, will talk about his love of Southeast Asian cuisine and whip up a summery dish of dynamic Vietnamese flavours. Next, Edmonton butcher Corey Meyer of Acme Meat Market will showcase some butchery techniques and give us a few tips on how to look for a good cut of meat while grocery shopping.
